On December 22, 2025, Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok proudly hosted King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Queen Jetsun Pema Wangchuck of Bhutan. The occasion was the conferral of Honorary Doctor of Philosophy degrees at the university auditorium.
