On March 4, many Bronx residents gathered at the City of Faith Church of God for food assistance. The church, located at 3453 White Plains Rd., hosted a food distribution program to support those in need.
From 1 to 2:30 p.m., the church provided fresh produce, poultry, canned goods, juice, and other essentials. This initiative welcomed everyone—seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families from various backgrounds.
Bishop Dr. Courton A. Reid, Senior Pastor, spoke about the importance of feeding the community. He thanked the organizations and church members whose donations made this event possible.
Additionally, the Benefits Concierge Group had a booth at the event. This organization, with over 60 years in health and life insurance, shared information about its services and over 100 products designed to support the community.
This food distribution event exemplifies the power of community support and the difference it can make in people’s lives.
