The driver then picks it up, places it back in the container, licks his fingers, and walks away. Brown stated, “It’s disgusting.” Thankfully, her family watched the video before eating the food.

Brown’s daughter suggested a simple solution. “All he had to do was knock on the door and say, ‘Hey, one boneless wing dropped. Just wanted to let you know.’” This raises an important point about transparency in food delivery.
