Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson is looking for a new team. After three challenging years in Indianapolis, his request for a trade was confirmed recently.

Richardson’s recent struggles included a freak injury last October. His contract also poses challenges, with a cap hit of $10.8 million in 2026. If they trade him, the Colts could save $5.4 million. Comparatively, quarterback Trey Lance, another young player with injury issues, was traded for a fourth-round pick last year, which complicates predictions about Richardson’s trade value.
