Comedian Josh Jones Withdraws from Dancing on Ice Due to Injury During Rehearsals: What Happened?

Comedian Josh Jones has had to step back from *Dancing On Ice* due to an injury he suffered during rehearsals. The 32-year-old was set to perform in the show’s third episode but will now leave the competition early, along with his skating partner, Tippy Packard.

A message on the *Dancing On Ice* Instagram account confirmed the news and expressed support for Josh, wishing him a speedy recovery. “Josh and Tippy’s partnership will be greatly missed,” the message read.

Josh is known for his appearances on comedy shows like *Jonathan Ross’ Comedy Club*, *8 Out Of 10 Cats*, and as the host of *Fast Food Face-Off* on BBC Three. His unique style also shines through in his podcasts. He hosts *Dead Drama*, which dives into historical gossip, and he co-presents *Chatting With Cherubs* with Morgan Rees.

Aside from his stand-up and podcasting work, Josh has been featured on various other television shows, including *Married At First Sight: Unveiled*, *Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled*, and *The Apprentice: You’re Fired*.

His debut dance on *Dancing On Ice* was a lively rendition to the Scissor Sisters’ song “I Don’t Feel Like Dancing,” but it landed him in the bottom two last week. Fortunately, he managed to outshine soap star Chelsee Healey, who became the first celebrity eliminated from the current series.

Josh has also received recognition in the comedy scene, being nominated for best newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards and reaching the finals for the BBC New Comedy Award.

With his talent and charm, Josh Jones will surely be missed on the ice and we hope for a quick return to full health!
