Aaron Phypers Arrested Amid Domestic Violence Case
Aaron Phypers has recently been arrested during a court hearing concerning his ex-wife, Denise Richards. This incident took place on October 17, as Phypers faced allegations of domestic violence.
The arrest came after California issued a felony warrant against him. Phypers’ lawyer, Michael Finley, predicts his client’s eventual exoneration, stating that the accusations are the same ones they are already disputing in divorce court.
Phypers, 53, is dealing with serious charges, including two counts of injuring a spouse and two counts of threatening a witness. The legal trouble reportedly stems from incidents in January and May of 2022.

Richards expressed that she feared for her life multiple times during their relationship, stating, “He’s almost killed me so many damn times.”
However, Phypers denies these allegations completely. He claims he never harmed Richards and believes the testimonies against him have been fabricated. Stressing that these claims are false, he maintains his innocence vigorously.
The court has granted Richards a temporary restraining order, which will remain in effect until November 7. Phypers was taken into custody at the Los Angeles courthouse and is currently being held on a $200,000 bail.
