CUET 2025: Explore Admission Opportunities for 277 Universities and 10 National Institutes – Visit the NTA’s New Website Now!

Kota: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched a new website for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2025. This platform will help students gain admission to 277 universities and 10 national institutions. You can visit the website at cuet.nta.nic.in. While registration is expected to start soon, the exam date hasn’t been announced yet.

Education expert Dev Sharma has pointed out that the website currently offers limited information. The full information bulletin, syllabus, and frequently asked questions will be available once registration kicks off. However, you can already find the list of participating universities and institutions.

The CUET UG will allow admissions to 46 central universities, 40 state universities, 30 deemed universities, and 161 private universities, totaling 277 institutions. Additionally, 10 national-level institutes across the country will also use CUET UG for admissions.

Sharma shared that these universities have provided details about the courses they offer through CUET UG, along with information about the All India Rank criteria and eligibility requirements for admission. Some prominent institutions listed include Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Jamia Millia Islamia, University of Delhi, University of Hyderabad, and Allahabad University.

Universities from various states such as Tripura, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Odisha are part of this initiative, offering a wide range of courses. Students can choose from 1 to 25 courses available through CUET UG.

Besides these universities, national institutes like the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Indian Culinary Institute (ICI), Indian Institute of Teacher Education (IITE), and Indian Institute of Tourism Travel Management (IITM) will also participate in the CUET UG 2025 admissions. These institutions boast campuses across India and will be offering various programs through the entrance exam.
