Chef Ostan prepares a burger patty with panko breadcrumbs, then layers it with ricotta, parmesan, and a unique bacon jam from KatKin. The final touch includes fresh vegetables and a drizzle of honey, all served on a ciabatta bun.

Interestingly, while the move toward gourmet pet food might seem unusual, it’s part of a growing trend. Recent surveys suggest that more people view pet food as healthier, inspired by the quality of ingredients. The idea of eating what pets eat is now more accepted, reflecting a shift in our perceptions about food quality and sustainability.
