Imagine stepping into a world where culinary talent meets stunning mountain views. It’s like a summer camp for food lovers, complete with delicious wines and unforgettable moments. It’s a chance to learn from the best and to indulge in amazing food.

One highlight this year is the Best New Chef Eras Dinner at the top of Aspen Mountain. This special event features renowned chefs like Nancy Silverton and Kwame Onwuachi, who will prepare incredible dishes inspired by their culinary journeys.

Another exciting moment will be Martin Yan’s debut at the Classic. He’ll share the joy of noodles through a lively cooking demonstration. Growing up, many of us watched him on TV, so seeing him live is extra special.

The beverage seminars cover everything from wines to cocktails, with sessions like “The Future of Wine is Female” hosted by June Rodil and “Sake vs. Wine” by Monica Samuels.

Ending on a high note, Gregory Gourdet will host a Caribbean Cookout at the top of Aspen Mountain, celebrating the rich flavors of the Afro-Caribbean diaspora.
