AURORA, Ill. – Aurora is excited to unveil the Bilter Road Development Project, a significant 50-acre initiative aimed at boosting local economy and tourism.
This new project is located near two big attractions: the Chicago Premium Outlets and the upcoming Hollywood Casino, which is set to open next year.
Mayor Richard Irvin shared the project’s details, describing it as a “self-sustaining project” that will generate revenue for the city. The plan includes a variety of features, such as attractive residential areas, a sports complex, an e-gaming facility, and top-notch restaurants.
While the announcement is exciting, the exact timeline for the project’s completion is still unclear. The city plans to share updates throughout 2025, keeping the community informed on the progress.
