Amrit Bharat Express: Indian Railways is set to launch two new Amrit Bharat Express trains, marking a big win for long-distance travelers in Bihar. Scheduled for a virtual flag-off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 15, this initiative aligns with the government’s aim to enhance connectivity throughout India.

Jogbani–Erode Amrit Bharat Express (Train No. 06602)

– Departure: September 15 at 3:30 PM from Jogbani
– Arrival: September 18 at 7:20 AM in Erode
– Stops: Forbesganj, Araria Court, Purnia, Katihar, Mansi, Barauni, Hajipur, Patliputra, Danapur, Arrah, Buxar, DDU (Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn), Prayagraj, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Nagpur, Vijayawada, Perambur, Katpadi

Saharsa–Cheharta (Amritsar) Amrit Bharat Express (Train No. 05531)

– Departure: September 15 at 3:30 PM from Saharsa
– Arrival: September 17 at 2:00 AM at Cheharta (Amritsar)
– Stops: Supaul, Saraigarh, Nirmali, Jhanjharpur, Sakri, Siho, Sitamarhi, Raxaul, Narkatiaganj, Gorakhpur, Moradabad, Ambala Cantt
