In Claremont, California, the 27th-ranked Brandeis University women’s tennis team faced a tough challenge against third-ranked Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. Unfortunately, the Judges lost the match 7-0 to wrap up their February trip to California.

Match Summary:
- Claremont-Mudd-Scripps took the lead by winning all doubles matches. Brandeis put up a good fight, though. Bhakti Parwani and Chahana Budhbhatti battled back from 5-0 down at #2 but lost 6-4. Meanwhile, Rebecca Suarez and Mandy Reyes fell 7-4 at #1 after being down 4-1. At #3, Cecilia Denis and Anastasia Sia fought hard, reaching a tiebreaker, but lost 7-6 (7-4).
- In singles, the Athenas won quickly at positions 2 and 5. Nancy Zhang won her first set at #3, but eventually lost, 6-0, 2-6, 0-6. Charly Saltz pushed her opponent to a tiebreaker at #6 but lost 3-6, 6-7 (3-7).
- Sia narrowly lost her match at #4, 4-6, 5-7.
- Parwani came close at #1, forcing a super tiebreaker after dropping the first set. She ultimately lost 2-6, 7-6 (7-5), 8-10.
