Anderson described the unique manufacturing process of the MacBook Neo. They start by extruding aluminum, then shaping it with heat and pressure, which helps to minimize waste. This method not only speeds up production but also reduces the amount of material needed. She emphasized the goal: to use less while maintaining the high standards Apple is known for.
What’s fascinating is the trend toward sustainability in tech. Recent studies indicate that 78% of consumers prefer brands that prioritize environmentally-friendly practices. This puts Apple in a prime position as it merges innovative design with eco-conscious values.
