Panther Lake, the upcoming Intel® Core™ Ultra series 3, will be the first to utilize Intel’s cutting-edge 18A technology. These new processors are expected to offer a wide range of benefits, including:

  • Up to 16 new performance and efficiency cores, promising over 50% faster processing speeds compared to previous models.

Panther Lake’s release is highly anticipated; the first products are expected to ship by the end of this year, with broader market availability planned for January 2026.

In addition to Panther Lake, Intel also introduced the Clearwater Forest processors, designed for data centers. These will feature increased efficiency, making them ideal for large-scale operations. Clearwater Forest will boast up to 288 efficiency cores and aims to achieve 17% better instructions per cycle compared to earlier versions.
