The iPhone Pocket draws inspiration from a basic concept: “a piece of cloth.” Its ribbed structure is reminiscent of ISSEY MIYAKE’s famous pleated clothing. This design not only holds your iPhone securely but also lets you see the display through its open textile when stretched.

“This design celebrates the connection between an iPhone and its user,” says Yoshiyuki Miyamae, the design director at MIYAKE DESIGN STUDIO. “It’s all about wearing your iPhone in a way that feels personal and expressive.”

Available starting November 14, iPhone Pocket can be purchased online and at select Apple Stores in different countries, including the U.S., UK, Japan, and South Korea. It comes in a variety of colors—from vibrant lemon to deep black—allowing you to mix and match with your iPhone.

Molly Anderson, Apple’s vice president of Industrial Design, emphasizes that this piece enhances the everyday experience. “It’s designed to blend with all iPhone models, so users can create a combination that suits them.”
