Jinx is stepping into the cat food arena! Starting February 15, their new line, Jinx Cat Food, will be available only at Walmart.
This pet wellness brand is rolling out both dry and wet food options. The dry food includes kibble made with bone broth and enhanced with TruMune postbiotics, which are great for gut health and immunity. The wet food features shredded and pâté options crafted from whole muscle meats and bone broth—perfect for keeping your cat hydrated.
What’s impressive is that Jinx prioritizes high-quality protein. Each recipe starts with ingredients like cage-free chicken, Atlantic salmon, and various ocean fish. Plus, there’s no corn, soy, or wheat in their formulations.
Kyle Banahan, CEO of Jinx, shared, “Cats are discerning by nature, and feeding them well requires real intention. Modern cat parents care about ingredients and how food impacts their cats—not just what’s on the label.”
To launch this cat food line, Jinx has teamed up with Tinx, a popular podcast host and cat lover. They’re celebrating with a special event during New York Fashion Week called The Purrfect Match, where adoptable kittens will be featured. This is a great way to highlight the company’s commitment to animal welfare, as they also plan to donate to Animal Haven NYC to support rescue efforts.
In the world of pet food, there’s a growing trend toward more transparent and health-focused options. Recent studies show that over 70% of pet parents want to know where their pet’s food comes from and how it’s made. This demand pushes brands like Jinx to innovate and ensure that their products meet the evolving needs of cats and their owners.
Jinx Cat Food will hit Walmart shelves soon. With its focus on quality and nutrition, it aims to cater to the discerning tastes of our feline friends.
