Mancini’s Bakery
1717 Penn Ave., Strip District. mancinisbakery.com
Mancini’s Bakery has a special treat! To celebrate Michael Keaton’s visit to Pittsburgh for the Walk of Fame, they created a giant Batman sculpture out of bread. This isn’t just any bread—it’s their famous loaf. Keaton, a Pittsburgh native, starred as Batman in the iconic 1989 film. The loaf weighs around 200 pounds and is displayed at the bakery. This isn’t Mancini’s first time making a character; they also crafted a Beetlejuice bread sculpture last year.
Fans of bread art are sure to be impressed. You can stop by Mancini’s to check out this unique creation.
