Indian Railways is about to launch two new Amrit Bharat Express trains from Uttar Pradesh on April 28. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate these services, designed to make travel faster and cheaper for passengers heading to Maharashtra.

The two routes focus on the cities of Banaras to Hadapsar and Ayodhya Cantt to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus in Mumbai. This initiative aims to enhance the connection between Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra, benefiting travelers and pilgrims alike.

The Banaras-Hadapsar Express will run as train number 02531. It departs Banaras at 4:45 PM and stops at 18 key stations, such as Prayagraj and Jhansi. It includes various coach types, with a total of 22 coaches to accommodate different passenger needs.

Meanwhile, the Ayodhya Cantt-Lokmanya Tilak Express will be train number 02212, also leaving at 4:45 PM. This train will stop at 12 stations, offering a similar blend of coaches for comfort and convenience.

According to a recent survey, around 60% of Indian travelers prefer train travel due to its affordability and convenience. The launch of these new trains aligns with this trend, making it easier for people to journey between major states.
