Holiday Feasts at Eliza Restaurant & Bar
Eliza Restaurant & Bar is celebrating the season with traditional *Réveillon* dinners. This festive meal, rooted in Louisiana culture, is a hit every year. For the last four years, they’ve brought this multi-course dinner to Baton Rouge. This year’s menu includes choices like turtle soup and grilled shrimp risotto, culminating with gingerbread cake.
At $48, this prix-fixe menu runs through December. It’s best to make a reservation, and more details can be found here.
New York Style Pizza in Baton Rouge
A pizza place from New York, Prince St. Pizza, is setting up shop in Baton Rouge. Taking over the former Blaze Pizza spot on Siegen Lane, they’ll serve their famous thick-crust Sicilian-style pies. They plan to keep a taste of New York by using a special filtration system to replicate the iconic NYC tap water.
The new location is set to open in early 2026.
Beignets with a Twist
