The EU Green Week 2026 is about celebrating efforts to protect our environment. A special highlight of this year’s event is the LIFE Awards, which recognize exceptional projects focused on nature conservation, sustainability, and climate action. Each year, nine projects are chosen from many submissions. They fall into three categories:

3. Climate Action
This section celebrates projects that actively fight climate change and promote adaptation strategies.

In addition to these categories, a Special Award will also be presented at the event.
