The Taste of East Anglia Food and Drink Festival is back, set to take place on June 14 at Kentwell Hall in Long Melford, near Sudbury. This festival isn’t just about enjoying good food; it reflects the growing trend of local and artisan food culture. In a survey by the Food and Drink Federation, 56% of respondents expressed a preference for local food sourcing, highlighting the importance of events like this. Such festivals help smaller vendors connect with customers and promote regional produce.
