I recently had the pleasure of meeting Adam Stern, the owner of Full Olive Fine Foods, at the Northwest Flower & Garden Show in February. His business operates out of Richmond Beach and focuses on bringing unique Argentine culinary delights to the U.S. Adam launched Full Olive in 2020 after spending years in Argentina, ensuring that many products come from small, local producers.
Full Olive offers high-quality olive oils, balsamic vinegars, olives, salts, and condiments, primarily through their online store, though you can also find them at local markets.
If you’re in the area, you can try Full Olive’s products in person at these upcoming markets:
- Downtown Edmonds Cabin Fever Market: March 28 and April 25
- Edmonds Firdale Village Night Market: April 10 from 4-8 PM
- Edmonds Spring Fest: May 9 from 10 AM-5 PM
You can also purchase Full Olive products at several local retailers, including Ballinger Thriftway and Fox & Bottle.

Upcoming Dessert Spot: R+M Dessert Takeaway Boutique
R + M Dessert Bar is set to open its third location in Edmonds soon. Founded by Chefs Marc Adams and Rod Gambassi in Seattle, R+M offers delectable pastries and specialty drinks. They’re currently renovating their new space at 403 Main St. Expect some show-stopping desserts!
Oyster Fest
Oyster lovers, mark your calendars! The Fifth Annual Edmonds Oyster Fest will run from March 13-22 at five local restaurants. This culinary event will feature fresh oysters from Taylor Shellfish and creative oyster dishes crafted by top chefs.
Executive Chef Shubert Ho highlights that March is the perfect time for oysters, as colder waters enhance their flavor and texture. Participants can explore various preparations, from classic raw oysters to unique fusion dishes.
To make it even more fun, diners can earn rewards through a punch card promotion: order items at three locations to complete the card and possibly win a gift card.
Pi Day Celebration
Don’t miss out on Pagliacci Pizza’s annual Pi Day celebration on March 14. If you order an 11-inch pizza, you’ll get another for just $3.14! It’s a tasty way to celebrate the mathematical constant that represents our circle’s ratio.
As food lovers, these local offerings provide an exciting way to explore Edmonds’ culinary landscape. Whether you’re after gourmet olive oil or delicious ice cream, there’s something new to savor this season!
