The Global Food Tech Awards 2026 are all about recognizing innovation in the food and beverage industry. Sponsored by FoodNavigator and teaming up with Future Food-Tech San Francisco, this exciting competition showcases fresh ideas and technologies that could change how we eat.
Here’s how it works: the competition has three regional heats—Americas, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), and APAC (Asia-Pacific). Each heat will select ten finalists. These finalists will receive incredible exposure through FoodNavigator‘s platforms.
From the finalists, judges will pick two runners-up and one overall winner for each region. Each winner gets a VIP summit pass and publicity via summit channels. They’ll also get the chance to present their ideas live in front of industry leaders at major events.
Finalist announcements are scheduled for key events:
- For the Americas, finalists will be revealed on March 19-20, 2025, at the Future Food-Tech conference in San Francisco. The entry deadline is January 12, 2026.
- For EMEA, announcements will take place on September 24-25, 2026, at the Future Food-Tech in London. Entries close in June 2026.
- For APAC, finalists will be announced at the Asia-Pacific Agri-Food Innovation Summit in Singapore on November 3-5, 2026.
Winning doesn’t just come with fame; finalists also gain automatic eligibility for the title of the world’s most innovative food tech innovation in 2026.
