Discover the Inspiring Moments of Will Lambley in His Latest Short Takes Video!

Will Lambley, a senior at the University of Arkansas, has a powerful message for anyone facing tough times: “Don’t go through challenges alone. There are people who want to help you.” After losing his eyesight in high school, Lambley demonstrates resilience by pursuing his passion for football and fulfilling his dream of attending college.

In the latest episode of the series Short Takes, titled “No Excuses,” Lambley shares his journey. He is joined by his mentor, Lynn Meade, a teaching associate professor, and fellow graduate Will Walker, who discuss how Lambley has influenced their lives positively.

“It doesn’t matter what you face,” Lambley reminds us. “You never know who you can impact.” His time at U of A has been transformative, thanks to the supportive community and resources. He is on track to graduate with a degree in communication in May 2025. Post-graduation, he plans to attend graduate school and continue inspiring others through his podcast, The Rise Above Podcast, where he interviews individuals who have conquered adversity.

Lambley emphasizes that how we view challenges is key to our journey: “What decides your path isn’t just the obstacles, but your perspective on them.”
