Muzaffarpur to Charlapalli Amrit Bharat Train Launch: The new Amrit Bharat Express train from Muzaffarpur to Charlapalli will start its first journey on September 29. This train aims to serve low-income and middle-class families, boasting a top speed of 130 km/h.
Travel Time: It will take about 37 hours to complete the journey. The East Central Railway (ECR) will manage the service.
Stations Along the Way: The train will stop at 24 stations, including Hajipur, Sonpur, Patliputra, Danapur, and Nagpur, among others. This route connects several important locations, making travel more accessible for many passengers.
Commercial Run: The train’s commercial operations will kick off on October 14, with the return trip starting on October 16. Train number 15293 will travel from Muzaffarpur to Charlapalli, while 15294 will cover the opposite route.
Details About the Train: This Express train will consist of 22 coaches. It will run weekly: from Muzaffarpur every Tuesday and from Charlapalli every Thursday.
Timings: Train 15293 will leave Muzaffarpur at 10:40 AM and reach Charlapalli at 11:40 PM. Conversely, train 15294 will depart Charlapalli at 4:05 AM and arrive back in Muzaffarpur by 5:00 PM.
This launch comes at a time when rail travel is becoming increasingly crucial for affordable transportation in India. According to recent statistics, about 23 million passengers used Indian Railways in a single day last year, showcasing the demand.
