The Hengqin-Macau Children’s Health Lifestyle Science Museum just opened its doors! It’s on the fourth floor of the Hengqin Culture and Art Centre and covers 380 square meters. This place is all about teaching kids how to live healthily in a fun and engaging way.
This museum is a teamwork project between the Livelihood Affairs Bureau of the Guangdong-Macau In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and the Social Welfare Bureau of Macau. Together, they created a space that mixes education with entertainment.
Using colorful multimedia technology, the museum makes learning about health exciting for kids. It’s designed with animated characters and is split into four themed areas. These areas explore important topics like growth and development, disease prevention, and mental well-being. The museum also offers health classes taught by skilled instructors from Macau, giving children the tools they need to build healthy habits.
You can visit the exhibition hall every Saturday and Sunday. The hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and again from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
