As you step inside, a welcome sign greets you, and you’re instantly drawn to Saito’s Express, which specializes in hibachi. The place is lively, with brick-lined walls and plenty of seating. Bright neon signs make it fun and inviting.
One must-try is Sumo Snow. It’s perfect for a refreshing drink or dessert. We enjoyed a creamy Vietnamese iced coffee and a delightful Aloha Refresher filled with fresh strawberries and passionfruit.
Next up was Lao Ma, known for its dumplings. The Special Pan Fried Xiao Long Bao and teriyaki chicken dumplings were our picks. The pan-fried ones stood out, with a crispy crust and juicy filling. The steamed dumplings were equally delicious, with a chewy texture and a hint of sweetness—drizzle on some spicy garlic oil for extra flavor.
K-Bap Kitchen offers a twist with their Korean fried chicken. We tried the fried chicken bowl, topped with a runny egg. The chicken had a perfect crunch, and the tangy sauce was just right.
To wrap up our meal, we visited Pho Mama. Their Vietnamese noodle soup warms the soul, especially on chilly days. The fresh herbs and a drizzle of Sriracha made it even better.
