Wake Forest University has earned a spot on Forbes’ list of the Best Midsize Employers for 2025, ranking at No. 55. It’s one of only three midsize employers recognized in North Carolina.
Forbes collaborated with Statista to survey over 217,000 employees from various companies in the U.S. The rankings included 497 midsize organizations. Wake Forest’s recognition comes from strong ratings in key areas like pay, workplace environment, training, and growth opportunities.
In 2022, Wake Forest was also named the top employer in North Carolina by Forbes. This consistent recognition highlights the university’s commitment to creating a positive working atmosphere.
