Sabrina Carpenter is teaming up with a music icon.
The talented “Espresso” singer has released a new version of her song “Please Please Please.” This time, she’s sharing the spotlight with none other than Dolly Parton, who adds her stunning falsetto to the track, enhancing Carpenter’s already impressive vocals.

The lyrics in this new version have a slight twist. The line “Heartbreak is one thing, my ego’s another, I beg you, don’t embarrass me like the others” replaces an earlier explicit phrase from the album version.
On social media, Parton and Carpenter shared a sweet moment, hugging and celebrating their collaboration. Carpenter expressed her excitement for Parton’s vocal additions, amazed at the notes she hits, which she never expected.
You can see their joyful meeting on Parton’s Instagram.
The playful exchange continued, with Parton joking about the missing explicit lyric, saying, “You and your dirty words, I can’t say them words for my kids!”
Sabrina Carpenter is having an amazing year. She recently won two Grammys, including one for best pop vocal album for “Short n’ Sweet,” where “Please Please Please” is featured. She also took home an award for best pop solo performance for her hit “Espresso.”
