ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The Duke men’s soccer team made a strong statement in their second exhibition match of 2025, beating UNC Asheville 5-1 at Greenwood Soccer Field.

In this game, two players stood out: Alessandro Arlotti and Leonardo D’Ambrosio, each scoring twice. Preston Zabinko added another goal to secure Duke’s impressive win. This victory marks Duke’s third consecutive win over UNC Asheville in exhibition play, following a 3-0 win in 2023 and a 7-1 win in 2024.

After two away matches, Duke is set to play their final exhibition at Koskinen Stadium on Saturday, August 16, against James Madison. The match is free for all fans, making it a perfect chance to catch some exciting soccer.
