Don’t Miss the Davis Cup 2025: How to Stream Live India vs. Togo Tennis Match

The Indian tennis team will face Togo in the Davis Cup 2025 World Group I play-offs. This exciting matchup is set for February 1 and 2 at the DLTA Complex in New Delhi.

India is currently ranked 38th, while Togo holds the 73rd spot. Togo earned their place in this round by defeating Indonesia 3-2. They also recently made headlines with a surprising 4-0 victory over Latvia in their last tie, showcasing a strong form as they ride a ten-match winning streak.

The Togo team includes four players: M’lapa Akomlo, Padio Isak, Liova Ajavon, and Thomas Setodji. They will be led by captain Alisama Agnamba.

India’s path to the 2025 World Group I play-offs began with a convincing 4-0 win against Pakistan. However, they fell short against Sweden and now find themselves in this playoff round.

Unfortunately, India will be missing some key players. Sumit Nagal, ranked 106th in singles, has withdrawn, as has Yuki Bhambri, who is 47th in doubles. In their absence, players like Sasikumar Mukund, Ramkumar Ramanathan, and Karan Singh will likely step up for singles matches.

N Sriram Balaji and Rithvik Choudary Bollipalli are expected to handle the doubles matches. Rohit Rajpal will serve as the non-playing captain of the team. Interestingly, Sasikumar Mukund returns to represent India after the suspension by the All India Tennis Association (AITA) was lifted. He missed the last tie against Sweden.

This will be the first time India and Togo meet in the Davis Cup.

Fans can watch the matches live on the Prasar Bharati Sports YouTube channel, or catch the live telecast on DD Bharati.
