This year’s festival promises fresh excitement, and one highlight is the showdown called Alex vs. Miami, featuring renowned chef Alex Guarnaschelli. It takes place at Loews Miami Beach on February 20. Alex is thrilled to compete in Miami, saying, “I’m always excited to see what chefs do on their home turf. It gives them a real advantage.” She’s ready for a fun and delicious battle!

During this event, guests will be treated to an array of food and drinks as chefs compete to create the best dishes. Each plate will showcase local flavors and highlight the skills of the participating chefs.

Chef Bradley Fortune, from Sixty Vines in downtown Miami, is one of the competitors. He feels confident and has prepared a fantastic dish that includes marinated bavette steak topped with a rich foie gras demi sauce and roasted mushrooms. “We’re in it to win it,” he says with excitement.
