He acknowledged that his words were unacceptable during what began as friendly banter with other fans but escalated badly.

Keller and her fiancé, Alex Basara, shared that they had initially been enjoying the game and playful exchanges with other fans. However, the situation quickly turned sour. They recounted that Caldwell’s comments became more aggressive as the game progressed, leading to hurtful and misogynistic remarks. Keller felt cautious about retaliating, concerned about the reaction from surrounding Eagles fans.
