This smart tool uses artificial intelligence (AI) to automate how they handle rate requests and quotes. ECS Group, known for its sales and service in air cargo, has been dealing with lots of client emails asking for quotes and bookings. With this new API, they can turn messy email data into organized information for their Quantum quotation tool. Now, they can send out more than 10,000 quotes every month automatically.
The CargoCoPilot API helps transform details about shipments, sizes, and any special requests from client emails into structured data. This data fits right into ECS Group’s systems, so clients have a smooth experience when they receive quotes.
The setup went quickly—just one week after testing, the solution was up and running. This rapid deployment shows CargoAi’s commitment to providing effective tools that meet the needs of the industry.
