This week’s Spanish dinner at Casa Oceano offered a rich menu with standout dishes like scallop crudo, pulpo a feira (octopus salad), and lobster and chicken paella. There was also a carving station serving bone-in ribeye roast, and delightful desserts like churros and Basque cheesecake.
Suitable wine pairings were on offer, including Cava and Albariño, as well as non-alcoholic options like coffee and Asahi beer. The waitstaff added to the festive vibe, dressed in traditional Spanish outfits, including the colorful flamenco dresses and classic Andalusian attire.
