Seventeen graduate students from the NC State College of Education have received funding through the Doctoral Dissertation Support Grants. This program offers up to $1,500 for costs related to their dissertation research, which can be used until June 2025.
The grants were awarded based on how well each research proposal presented their ideas, methods, and relevance to important educational issues. “Our doctoral students are doing important work that tackles key challenges in education. We are excited to support them with funding to help cover their research expenses,” said Karen Hollebrands, Associate Dean for Research and Innovation.
