Enhancing Care Together: Your Voice Matters in the Priority Health Provider Experience Survey

Starting the week of July 7, Priority Health will roll out its annual Provider Experience Survey. This survey is managed by Press Ganey, a trusted third-party partner. It’s a chance for providers and their teams to give feedback on their experiences with Priority Health.

If you’re chosen to participate, you’ll get an invitation through email, phone, or mail. Make sure to look out for an email from PriorityHealthProviderSurvey@sphsurvey.com. Check your spam folder just in case and ask your IT team to whitelist this email address. Not everyone will receive a survey, as participation is random, but if you do, your responses will be really helpful. The survey will stay open until August 20.

Your feedback matters. It plays a crucial role in enhancing the experiences of providers within the Priority Health network. In fact, studies show that healthcare organizations that engage providers in feedback processes see significant improvements in service delivery and satisfaction.

Healthcare professionals often express that these surveys help bridge the gap between management and the staff’s needs. According to a survey by the National Association of Healthcare Access Management, 78% of providers reported feeling more valued when asked for their opinions regularly.
