ETSU Unveils 24/7 Mental Health Resources for Student Well-Being – Discover What’s New!

East Tennessee State University (ETSU) has introduced two new platforms to support student mental health: Boost and Togetherall. These resources are available 24/7 and aim to help students when they need it most.

Boost: Your Personal Wellness Tool
Boost offers self-guided wellness tools based on methods like cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. Students can access video series, wellness assessments, and guided exercises. It’s designed to help them improve their mental health on their own schedule. You can check it out here or download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Togetherall: Peer Support Anytime
Togetherall creates a safe, anonymous online community for students. Here, they can share their thoughts and experiences without fear of judgment. The platform allows for both written reflections and creative expressions through visual “bricks.” This community-based approach emphasizes that supporting others can also be healing.

Both Boost and Togetherall complement existing counseling services at ETSU. They recognize that mental health struggles can pop up at any time. Providing these digital options means students can get help even when traditional services are closed.
