A former employee of Kalyani Group has been accused of misusing the company’s trademark logo and military vehicle designs for personal profit.

The claim arises from an FIR, which states that the accused previously held a senior position at Bharat Forge, a Kalyani Group subsidiary involved in designing defense vehicles. Allegedly, he exploited these vehicle designs to benefit his own company.

At a military exhibition in Abu Dhabi earlier this year, the accused was reportedly seen distributing pamphlets featuring Bharat Forge’s designs alongside Kalyani Group’s logo. Investigators noted that these materials misrepresented ownership by printing the registered trademarks of Kalyani Group.

Furthermore, the FIR claims that he made minor adjustments to the military vehicle designs and shared images of these on social media, still linking them to his own business.
