Drew University just received a generous $50,000 donation from the Garden State Initiative (GSI). This funding will support the New Jersey Governor’s School in the Sciences (NJGSS), which takes place on Drew’s campus every summer. Reed Kean, his son, shared heartfelt remarks about his father’s connection to the university. Every year, GSI awards the Governor Thomas Kean Leadership Award to individuals who embody Kean’s values of principled and collaborative leadership, with their names added to the plaque annually.
