In the AFC, the Kansas City Chiefs are moving on after a solid win over the Houston Texans, finishing 23-14. The Chiefs managed just 212 yards but excelled on defense, sacking Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud eight times. The Texans struggled too, missing crucial kicks that could have changed the game.

The Chiefs will host the Buffalo Bills, who edged past the Baltimore Ravens with a nail-biting 27-25 win. Buffalo’s Josh Allen didn’t throw any touchdown passes, but he made up for it with two rushing touchdowns, helping his team secure a spot in the championship game.

Over in the NFC, the Washington Commanders pulled off a surprising victory against the top-seeded Detroit Lions, winning 45-31. This high-scoring game saw both teams pile up over 1,000 yards combined. Commanders rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels had a strong showing with 299 passing yards and two touchdowns. However, the Lions struggled with turnovers, committing five mistakes, including three interceptions by Jared Goff.

Next up for the Commanders is a match against the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles defeated the Los Angeles Rams 28-22, powered by Saquon Barkley, who had a remarkable 205 rushing yards, including a 78-yard touchdown run late in the game.
