Changes in the Broncos’ Coaching Staff

Webb joined the Broncos in 2023 as the quarterbacks coach, previously working as the offensive pass game coordinator. Over the last two seasons, he played a key role in developing quarterback Bo Nix. Under Webb’s guidance, Nix uniquely became the first quarterback in NFL history to throw for over 7,500 yards and 50 touchdowns while also winning more than 20 games in his first two seasons. Nix’s achievements include tying a record for the most wins by a quarterback in their first two seasons, reaching 3,500 yards and 25 touchdowns each year.
Webb’s influence was evident last season; the team’s passing offense improved significantly, moving from 20th to 11th in the league. Nix praised Webb, saying, “He really knows how to communicate with players. He simplifies the game for us and keeps our focus on what’s important.”
Kilgore brings diverse coaching experience to the team. He spent the last three seasons as an offensive quality control coach for the Broncos. His background includes coaching roles at Bakersfield College, Arkansas State, and Isidore Newman High School in Louisiana. While in Denver, he has worked closely with the tight ends and the team’s returners.
