As part of the development, a drainage pond nearby will be converted into a park featuring trees, lights, and walking paths. “Creating a welcoming downtown attracts visitors and supports local entrepreneurs,” Labbe noted.

Construction is set to wrap up by next spring, promising an even more vibrant Winter Haven food scene. As the community evolves, locals are excited about the changes, from new eateries to shopping options, contributing to the area’s growing charm.
