Jackson’s, a manufacturer of healthier chips, recently celebrated the expansion of its production facility in Muskego, Wisconsin. This new space, now 130,000 square feet, responds to a growing demand for their snack options.
CEO James Marino shared that the expansion project has been evolving rapidly. “With the completion of this first phase, we’ve added a significant amount of new production and office space, nearly doubling the size of our previous phases,” he noted.
Thanks to the expansion, Jackson’s has increased its workforce from 50 to 107 employees. They plan to add 25 more soon. Their products, which focus on being free from seed oils, will now reach many more stores, including a jump from 500 to 4,000 Walmart locations this October.
The Reamer family started Jackson’s after their son, Jackson, was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder. They struggled to find suitable snacks that aligned with a high-fat, low-carb diet. This personal journey sparked the creation of their seed oil-free chips, providing options for those seeking healthier snacks.
