Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins are officially joining the cast of Prime Video’s The Boys! Following rumors, they confirmed their guest roles in the show’s fifth and final season on Wednesday. However, the specifics of their characters remain a mystery.

Fans are excited to see Padalecki and Collins team up again with Jensen Ackles, their former co-star from Supernatural, who has been part of The Boys since Season 3. The trio even shared the news through an entertaining Instagram video.
Based on the popular comic series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, The Boys flips the superhero genre on its head. It presents a world where powerful heroes, controlled by the greedy Vought corporation, claim to fight for “truth and justice” while engaging in shocking misdeeds.
The cast includes well-known actors like Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, and Antony Starr, alongside Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, and more. Season 4 introduced new faces, including Susan Heyward and Valorie Curry, and fans can expect fresh performances from Daveed Diggs and Mason Dye, who will take on the role of Bombsight.
The creative team behind The Boys includes Ennis and Robertson as executive producers, along with showrunner Eric Kripke. The production involves several partners, including Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios.
