Exciting Hints from Pro Skater on the Unannounced Tony Hawk Remaster – What You Need to Know!

Professional skateboarder Tyshawn Jones just hinted that he’ll appear in a new Tony Hawk video game. During an interview on the Breakfast Club podcast, he mentioned, “I’m in a Tony Hawk coming out, that’s cool… They got a new one they’re remastering so that’s about to come out, I was in the last one.”

For context, Jones was part of the roster in the remastered version of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, which launched in 2020.

While Jones is excited about this new remaster—possibly Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4—there’s been no official word from Activision about any new project. However, there has been some buzz in the community.

Originally, plans to remake Pro Skater 3 and 4 were said to be canceled when Activision merged developer Vicarious Visions into Blizzard in 2021. But last September, Tony Hawk shared that he was speaking with Activision again and hinted at something exciting in the works.

He even celebrated the 25th anniversary of the franchise on Instagram, teasing, “I’m not supposed to tease anything else about the future of the series, but there will be a future.”
