Kemin Industries has named Daniel Pompeu as the new North America Sales Director for Kemin Food Technologies. Joining the company in 2014, Daniel has held several important roles, including positions in technical services and marketing. Now, he will use his leadership skills to drive growth in North America.

Marc Scantlin, president of Kemin Food Technologies – North America, expressed enthusiasm about Daniel’s promotion. "We’ve seen his success firsthand in South America," he said. In his new position, Daniel will lead the sales team and keep a close watch on market trends. He’ll support regional teams, handle pricing, and oversee contract negotiations. A key part of his role will be to introduce new technologies and solutions that improve customer relationships and enhance satisfaction with Kemin’s products.
Daniel’s experience spans over fifteen years in B2B ingredient sales and technical support. His past roles at Kemin have included technical services manager and executive sales director in South America, where he significantly contributed to business growth. He’s equipped with a strong academic background, holding a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Engineering from the University of Sao Paulo, a master’s in Meat Sciences from the University of Missouri, and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, Brazil.
This change comes at a time when the food industry is increasingly focused on sustainability and innovation.
