On January 24, 2025, ABC-Group Environment welcomed Els De Keukelaere as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She takes over from Floris Pelgrims, who has decided to pursue a different opportunity.
Frank De Palmenaer, CEO of ABO-Group, praised Floris’s contributions over the past three years. He highlighted that Floris played an essential role in achieving the company’s goal of increasing revenue from 50 million euros in 2020 to 100 million euros by 2025.
Els comes with a wealth of experience as a CFO, including working at a listed company. The transition has been well-planned, with both Els and Floris collaborating closely this year to ensure everything goes smoothly. Frank is optimistic about Els’s impact on the company’s growth and the upcoming Vision 2028 plan.
Floris shared his thoughts on the company’s rapid growth. He noted that under the guidance of Vision 2025, ABO-Group expanded its portfolio and strengthened its finance team, making it a vital partner for other departments. He expressed gratitude for the collaboration he enjoyed during his tenure.
