Anna Estiandan, the owner and a former healthcare executive, is eager to share her passion for creating beautiful boards.

Estiandan believes food can bring people together. She said, “Watching someone take their first bite of a perfectly curated charcuterie board and seeing their eyes light up is magical.” Her goal is to create that joy within the community.

At Char-cu-te-rie, guests can build their own boards with a variety of meats like prosciutto and chorizo, and cheeses such as aged cheddar and Brie. There’s also an assortment of breads, crackers, and dips, allowing for a personalized experience. She described it as a “do it your own” service. It’s perfect for families or friends looking to bond over food.

The concept of charcuterie is gaining popularity in the U.S. According to a recent survey, about 75% of people enjoy charcuterie boards at social gatherings. This trend reflects a growing interest in experiential dining, where food is not just eaten but shared and celebrated.
