OTTWA, Kan. – Excitement is building in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) as the 2025 KCAC Football Preseason Team has been announced. Head coaches across the conference voted, and two Ottawa University players made the list: Donovan Martin and De’Anthony Curtis.

Donovan Martin, a junior defensive back from Dallas, Texas, had an impressive season last year. He made 30 tackles, one for loss, and had five pass breakups, earning him First Team All-KCAC Bissell Division honors as a sophomore.
De’Anthony Curtis also shined in 2024. The junior kick returner and receiver earned Second Team honors, recording 18 returns for 371 yards. His average of 20.6 yards per return made him a standout player.
